Looking for a Valentines Day cocktail with Champagne? Try this Blood Orange French 75

What are you making for Valentines Day?

1.5 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Sage simple syrup
1/2 oz Blood orange Juice
Chilled Champagne

In a cocktail shaker add gin, lemon juice, blood orange juice, sage syrup and ice.
Shake.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with chilled champagne.
Garnish with fresh sage.
