Black Magic Martini
Must be the season to turn your martinis into something spooky. Try using activated charcoal to turn your gin into something even spookier.
Here’s how to make it at home:
In a mixing glass add 2 oz gin and a pinch of food grade activated charcoal. Mix to combine.
Add to a chilled mixing glass:
2 oz charcoal infused gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Olive brine
Add ice and mix to combine
Rinse a martini glass with absinthe.
Strain cocktail into the glass
Option to garnish with @breville smoke bubble or olives
