Bianco Negroni

The White Negroni

When it’s still too hot out but you’re not looking for an overly sweet frozen drink. This is a patio sipper and I have to credit my sisters dinner party for this one.

1 oz gin
3/4 oz italicus or suze
1 oz lillet blanc
1/2 oz limoncello
Optional: 2-3 dashes of Orange bitters
Ice
Lemon twist

In a mixing glass add all ingredients, add a big ice cube, and mix together.
Strain into a rocks glass over a cube of ice.
Twist a lemon peel and rub the rim of the glass.
Drop in the twist, add a little viola flower for an extra garnish, & voila!
