Apple Cider Sidecar

Sharing a new recipe today: Apple Cider Sidecar

I wanted to start getting ready for my trip to France with @deluze.cognac who so kindly invited me to visit this October and what better way to celebrate than with a cocktail. When I think of cognac, I immediately think of a sidecar. So let’s make one but let’s make it perfect for the fall season.

1.5 oz Cognac
3/4 oz Orange liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice, fresh please!
1 oz Apple Cider
Ice
Garnish: sage leaf

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish & enjoy!
