Watermelon Vodka Spritzer

2 oz Watermelon Juice, fresh
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Vodka

1/2 oz simple syrup
3-4 Mint Leaves
Top with ginger beer

Add watermelon juice, lime juice, vodka, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake.

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Add ginger beer and mint leaves.
