Let’s make a Strawberry Paper Plane Sour
If you haven’t made a paper plane yet, I highly suggest that you do! But of course, I wanted to add a fun twist to mine by infusing the Aperol with freshly cut strawberries… what do we think?
Infuse Aperol with freshly cut strawberries (about 3-4 strawberries) and let sit for at least 8 hours but preferably overnight)
In a cocktail shaker add:
1 egg white
3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz strawberry infused Aperol
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Dry shake & add ice and shake again!
Strain into a chilled coupe & enjoy!
Garnish with a strawberry slice
