Spirit Free Paloma
Easing myself into dry January mocktails and I’m focusing on not over complicating things. Using fresh ingredients and creative syrups to help make each sip that much more exciting.
So when you’re craving a cocktail but drinking mocktails, try this spirit free Paloma. It’s easy to make and tastes delicious! And yes, you can always add 1.5 oz of tequila or Mezcal to this too
To make at home add to a glass filled with ice:
3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
4 oz sparkling water
1/2 oz thyme syrup
Mix with a mixing spoon
Garnish with fresh thyme and a grapefruit slice.
