Sleepy Hollow

The signature cocktail of the town of Sleepy Hollow, well I’d guess it’s probably this to keep the Headless Horseman happy (would hate to get on his bad side)

Pomegranate Bourbon Sour is essentially what we’re serving at let me tell you the flavors here are everything you need and more this Halloween.

Here’s how to make it:
Smoke your glass with some thyme, preferably dried thyme and set aside

In a cocktail shaker add:
1.5 oz bourbon
3/4 oz amaro Nonino
3/4 oz pomegranate juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz pomegranate syrup (1 cup pomegranate juice + 1 cup sugar)
2 dashes angostura bitters
Add ice and shake
Double strain into your smoked glass
Garnish with a smoking thyme sprig
