Pumpkin Spiced White Russian
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz heavy cream + 3/4 oz pumpkin syrup, frothed together
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice and mix together.
Top with pumpkin spice cream
Garnish with a fresh dusting of cinnamon
Pumpkin syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Add to a sauce pan, whisk together, and place on medium heat.
Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool completely, strain and mix in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, & store for up to 4 weeks.
