Have you ever had a Brandy Alexander? One of my favorite cocktails later in the year, especially when adding a little pumpkin spice!

Let’s get into it:
1.5 oz cognac
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz heavy cream
1 tsp pumpkin pie purée
1/2 oz brown sugar syrup
Ice
Garnish: fresh nutmeg

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain over a chilled coupe glass.
Add fresh nutmeg on top!
