Pumpkin Pie Espresso Mock-tini
Who said booze had to have all the fun? This riff of the espresso martini might make you rethink your morning coffee routine!
If I were to take things up a notch, I’d add a little tequila or Mezcal
Here’s how to make it:
Rim a coupe or martini glass with maple syrup or honey and rim with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place in the freezer to chill.
To a cocktail shaker add:
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 oz pumpkin pie syrup
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 oz dairy of choice, milk, coconut milk, etc.
2 oz espresso
Use a milk frother to combine the ingredients together before adding ice and shaking.
Double strain into your chilled glass.
Garnish with three espresso beans!
