Pomegranate Holiday Sour

2 oz Gin
1 oz POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
½ oz Maple Syrup, or 1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
2 – 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Ice
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus
1. In a cocktail shaker add gin, POM Juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
2. Dry shake without ice.
3. Add ice and shake again.
4. Double strain into a coupe glass.
5. Garnish & enjoy!
