Pear Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe

I think this is my first fall cocktail recipe of the year… say hello to the Pear Whiskey Sour

If you’re like me and ready for the cozy weather, you may want to try this one. Though it’s hot outside it’ll still give you all the Fall feels.

2 oz Whiskey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pear purée
1/2 oz pear syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Angostura bitters
Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel

In a cocktail shaker add whiskey, lemon juice, pear purée & syrup, egg white and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a glass, preferably chilled.
Add 3 drops angostura bitters.
Garnish & enjoy!
