Pear Whiskey Sour

 

Pear Whiskey Sour dusted with fresh cinnamon

I’m obsessed with this one, I mean of course because there’s an egg white in there.

1 egg white
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz pear syrup (1cup sugar + 1cup water + 1 ripe pear chopped)
1 oz pear purée (1 pear + 1/2 cup water, blended & strained)
2 oz Bourbon
3 dashes orange bitters

Add to a cocktail shaker and use a hand frother to froth the egg white with ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh dusted cinnamon!
