Peach Old Fashioned

I once said that old fashioned’s were overrated, I was wrong.

Using that peach puree syrup again, and honestly I wasnt sure how this was going to taste as its a bit thicker than a normal syrup but I was surprised when this turned out to be such a delicious booze forward yet sweet peach filled drink. If you like a slightly sweeter old fashioned, this is for you!

Heres how to make it:
2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 (or 3/4 for more sweetness) oz peach puree syrup (see margarita video for recipe)
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Add to a mixing glass, fill with ice, and mix with a cocktail spoon.
Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube.
