Nectarine-y Breakfast Martini

 

Room service, can I have one of those Nectarine-y Breakfast Martini’s please!

Taking advantage of those delicious & recipe white nectarines with this little beauty. It’s light, delicate, and main a delicious way to enjoy #joinjulesstonefruitweek this weekend.

Here’s how to make it:
1 oz nectarine purée
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz thyme Simple syrup
3/4 oz Orange liqueur
1.5 oz peach infused cognac, or just cognac (add 1 cup freshly chopped peaches + 1 cup cognac and let infuse for 2-3 days, strain & store in a sealed container)
2-3 fresh sprigs of thyme

Add to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs (bonus points for the mini clothespin)
