Jack Skellingtons Nightmare Martini

What’s this? A cocktail fit for the pumpkin king?

And yes, it’s the 20th century cocktail (fyi my go to fav rn) with an egg white & a honey black rim!

Here’s how to make it
Add to your cocktail shaker:
1.5 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1/2 oz traditionally Lillet Blanc
Optional: 1 egg white

To make a black rim mix honey with 1 drop of food coloring (blue, green, red, yellow) (if it’s not getting to the black you want try adding more red). Rim glass and place immediately in the freezer!

Dry shake, add ice and shake again.
Double strain into your chilled glass.
Garnish with an express of citrus oil from a lemon peel.
