Holiday Gingerbread Espresso Martini

The Espresso Martini will always be a staple in my household… but it’s how we make them that’s important. This time of year, I love making a Festive Espresso-tini with festive sweet additions, so let’s make this Gingerbread Espresso Martini.

This cocktail is featured exclusively at The Rady Shell here in San Diego, so make sure to visit and sip on one for a limited time!

 

1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka

1 oz Espresso

3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur

3/4 oz Gingerbread Syrup, depending on the sweetness profile this can be turned down to 1/2 oz.

Add to a cocktail shaker and shake!

Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

Garnish with gingerbread cookies & enjoy!
