Holiday Gin Fizz

2 oz Gin
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz italicus, or Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz rosemary syrup
Soda water or Prosecco to top
Garnish: sugar cranberries & rosemary

Start by coating rosemary and cranberries in Simple syrup and top with sugar and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker with ice add gin, italicus, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and syrup.
Shake together and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water or Prosecco
Garnish & enjoy!
