Guava Pisco Sour

Guava Pisco Sour, you heard me right

Let’s get this weekend started:
2 oz Pisco
3/4 oz lime juice
1 oz guava nectar
1/4 oz agave syrup
1 egg white
Ice

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake!
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish & enjoy!
