Heat wave cocktails are some of my favorite cocktails, so say hello to your new BFF the Frozen Carajillo 👋🏼

The trick I’ve found for blended drinks? Using crushed ice instead of standard ice cubes. It makes it easier to blend and have a smoother consistency.

Anyway, let’s make a frozen Carajillo!
2 oz Licor 43
2 oz espresso
Fresh orange zest
Pinch of sea salt
1 cup crushed ice

Blend together until smooth!
Add to your favorite glass & garnish with a star anise!
