Eggnog Martini

Egg nog is delicious on its own, that’s true. But I thought we put our homemade Nog to work in cocktail form! Such a fun way to take non-alcoholic eggnog and turn it into a cocktail.

What do you think?
2 oz egg Nog
2 oz vanilla vodka
3/4 oz amaretto Liqueur
1/2 oz maple syrup

Add to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh nutmeg and a star anise pod.
