Chocolate Strawberry Negroni

A Valentine’s Day combination as old as time, but this time let’s put it in a cocktail form and make a Chocolate Strawberry Negroni
Here’s how to make it at home:
Infuse Campari by adding 1 cup cut strawberries with 1 cup Campari, let infuse for 24-48 hours (I recommend at least 24 hours, but 48 makes the strawberry flavor really shine), then strain & store normally.
To make Chocolate Strawberry Negroni:
In a mixing glass add
1 oz gin, I really liked using @hendricksginus Flora Adora
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz Strawberry infused @campariusa
Mix with plenty of ice
Strain over a large cube
Garnish with a dark sea salt chocolate bar & a fresh strawberry
