Apple Cider Gin Sour

This year I’m planning on having my family serve a signature cocktail and so I’ll be sharing some fun ideas. I think this is a good option for gin & egg white lovers 🫶

2 oz Gin
2 oz Apple Cider
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Apple Syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus wheel or fresh sage leaf

Add each ingredient into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish & enjoy!
