Uncle Brad’s Recipe
What do I need?
Espresso Martini:
Vodka
Espresso
Espresso beans for garnish
Coffee liqueur
Sugar for simple syrup
Ice
Coupe glass
Boston shaker
Hawthorn strainer
Fine mesh stranger
How do I make it?
As easy as it comes
Brew espresso ahead of time, I like espresso because of the oils. Don’t have an espresso maker, use a dark roast coffee - again, look for oils.
By the way, get a coffee grinder, it’s better than instant plus the beans are garnish.
2oz vodka
1oz espresso (brewed earlier) - I make mine ahead and chill in the fridge in a beaker
½ oz simple syrup
¼ oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
Garnish w/ 3 espresso beans
