Uncle Brad’s Recipe

What do I need?

Espresso Martini:

  • Vodka

  • Espresso

  • Espresso beans for garnish

  • Coffee liqueur

  • Sugar for simple syrup

  • Ice

  • Coupe glass

  • Boston shaker

  • Hawthorn strainer

  • Fine mesh stranger

How do I make it?

As easy as it comes

Brew espresso ahead of time, I like espresso because of the oils. Don’t have an espresso maker, use a dark roast coffee - again, look for oils.

By the way, get a coffee grinder, it’s better than instant plus the beans are garnish.

  • 2oz vodka

  • 1oz espresso (brewed earlier) - I make mine ahead and chill in the fridge in a beaker

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¼ oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)

  • Garnish w/ 3 espresso beans
