Batched Holiday Paloma
Ingredients
- 2 cups tequila blanco or 1 cup tequila blanco & 1 cup Mezcal
- 1 cup Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup cinnamon cranberry syrup see below
Instructions
- Mix together in a pitcher
- Top with 2 oz sparking water
- Garnish with a grapefruit slide & rosemary!
- Cinnamon cranberry syrup:
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3-4 cinnamon sticks
- Add to a medium saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Let simmer for 8 minutes. Let cool & strain!
