This recipe serves eight and captures the essence of the season with its blend of fresh grapefruit and lime juices, tequila or mezcal, and a homemade cinnamon cranberry syrup. It’s tangy, refreshing, and just the right amount of cozy—everything you want in a holiday cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups tequila blanco or 1 cup tequila blanco & 1 cup Mezcal
  • 1 cup Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon cranberry syrup see below
Instructions
  • Mix together in a pitcher
  • Top with 2 oz sparking water
  • Garnish with a grapefruit slide & rosemary!
  • Cinnamon cranberry syrup:
  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks
  • Add to a medium saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Let simmer for 8 minutes. Let cool & strain!
