Ingredients
  • ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ¾ oz elderflower liqueur like St-Germain
  • ½ oz basil simple syrup
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1.5 oz dry white wine
  • Soda water to top
  • Ice
  • Garnish: basil leaf or grapefruit wedge
Instructions
  • Add grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, basil syrup, gin, and white wine to a shaker.
  • Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with soda water and garnish.
