Truffle Bloody Mary
This bold and savory Bloody Mary is infused with truffle hot sauce, horseradish, and olive brine for a next-level brunch cocktail that’s rich, spicy, and full of umami flavor.

Ingredients
  • Truffle salt for seasoning and rim, if desired
  • A couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • A few dashes of truffle hot sauce
  • 1 barspoon of horseradish sauce
  • A splash of olive brine
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
  • “Throw” the cocktail: gently pour it back and forth between shaker tins to mix without over-diluting.
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with your favorite fixings — celery, pickles, olives, bacon, lemon wedges… go wild.
