Tequila Bananas

A tropical summer cocktail made with reposado tequila, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime, and homemade banana syrup. Creamy, citrusy, and wildly refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • ¾ oz banana simple syrup*
Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk, and banana syrup.
  • Add ice and shake until chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel (or a banana chip for extra flair!).
