Ingredients
- 3 oz
London Dry Gin - 1.5 oz fresh meyer lemon juice
- 1 oz
pear liqueur , or juice - 1 oz
spiced pear syrup - Champagne
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
- Top with champagne!
