Spiced Pear French 75

The French 75 is already a classic, but this spiced pear twist brings seasonal warmth to every sip.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1.5 oz fresh meyer lemon juice
  • 1 oz pear liqueur or juice
  • 1 oz spiced pear syrup
  • top with champagne
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  • Double strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
  • Top with champagne!
