Smoked Rosemary Negroni Sour

Ingredients

Gin (Bertha's Revenge is my favorite!)

oz.
Sweet Vermouth
1
oz.
Campari
1/2
oz.
Rosemary Syrup
1/2
oz.
Lemon Juice
Splash of Orange Juice

Egg White
Instructions
Smoked Glass
Using a lighter, light the tips of a fresh rosemary sprig until it begins to smoke.
Flip your coupe upside down over the smoking sprig and let sit while you mix your cocktail.
Negroni Sour
In a cocktail shaker add gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, syrup, lemon juice, a splash of orange juice, and egg white.
Dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into the smoked glass.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a citrus wheel.
