Smoked Rosemary Negroni Sour

A sweet and sour twist on the classic bitter Negroni that's perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz. Gin (Bertha's Revenge is my favorite!)
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1/2 oz. Rosemary Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • Splash of Orange Juice
  • 1 Egg White
Instructions
Smoked Glass
  • Using a lighter, light the tips of a fresh rosemary sprig until it begins to smoke.
  • Flip your coupe upside down over the smoking sprig and let sit while you mix your cocktail.
Negroni Sour
  • In a cocktail shaker add gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, syrup, lemon juice, a splash of orange juice, and egg white.
  • Dry shake.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Double strain into the smoked glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a citrus wheel.
