Raspberry Hugo Spritz
A fresh twist on the classic Hugo Spritz, this Raspberry version features mint, elderflower liqueur, raspberries, lemon, and prosecco — served in a deli container for effortless summer cool.

Ingredients
  • 10 –12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur like St-Germain
  • 1 lemon quartered (ends trimmed)
  • 4 oz chilled prosecco
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Deli container or stemless wine glass
Instructions
  • To a deli container or cocktail glass, add mint, raspberries, and lemon quarters.
  • Gently muddle to release the juices and oils — don’t overdo it!
  • Add elderflower liqueur, fill with ice, and give it a light stir.
  • Top with prosecco and sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig or a few whole raspberries on top.
