Plum Negroni Sour
The Plum Negroni Sour is a bold, bittersweet cocktail made with plum-infused gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, plum syrup, and egg white. A vibrant, fruity twist on the classic Negroni Sour.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz plum-infused gin see below
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz plum syrup see below
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: dehydrated citrus edible flower, or plum slice
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  • Double strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish and serve!
