Pear Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. pear purée
  • 1/2 oz. pear syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Angosture bitters
Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker add whiskey, lemon juice, pear purée & syrup, egg white and dry shake.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • Double strain into a glass, preferably chilled.
  • Add 3 drops angostura bitters.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
