Pear Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

oz.
whiskey
3/4
oz.
fresh lemon juice
1
oz.
pear purée
1/2
oz.
pear syrup
1
egg white
Angosture bitters
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker add whiskey, lemon juice, pear purée & syrup, egg white and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a glass, preferably chilled.
Add 3 drops angostura bitters.
Garnish and enjoy!
