Ingredients
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • ½ oz almond liqueur
  • ½ oz peach cobbler syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash old fashioned bitters
Peach Cobbler Syrup
  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped (raw or grilled, see instructions below)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • splash vanilla extract
Instructions
  • Add bourbon, almond liqueur, peach cobbler syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  • Stir until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with a peach slice, cinnamon stick, or both.
Peach Cobbler Syrup
  • (Optional) For grilled peaches: Melt butter with brown sugar and cinnamon, then brush over peach halves. Grill peaches cut-side down for 4–6 minutes until caramelized. Let cool.
  • In a cast iron skillet or saucepan, combine chopped peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Cook over medium heat (either on the stovetop or grill) for 5–8 minutes, until the peaches are soft and the sugar has melted.
  • Transfer to a blender with ½ cup water and blend until smooth.
  • Strain the syrup into a container, then stir in a splash of vanilla extract. Let cool before using.
