Passion Fruit Martini
A beach vacation in a glass, with all the vibes and none of sunburn.

Ingredients

oz.
vanilla vodka
1
oz.
passion fruit liqueur, like Chinola or Passoa
1
oz.
pineapple juice
1/2
oz.
lime juice
1/2
oz.
vanilla syrup
To serve: shot of Champagne or Prosecco
Garnish: half a passion fruit
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, the bigger the better, and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Simply garnish by floating half of a passion fruit on top.
Serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco!
