Passion Fruit Martini
A beach vacation in a glass, with all the vibes and none of sunburn.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz. passion fruit liqueur, like Chinola or Passoa
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. vanilla syrup
  • To serve: shot of Champagne or Prosecco
  • Garnish: half a passion fruit
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice, the bigger the better, and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Simply garnish by floating half of a passion fruit on top.
  • Serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco!
