Add the Luxardo Bitter Bianco, Luxardo London Dry Gin, Cocchi Americano, Chamomile Bitters, and Rhubarb Bitters to a mixing glass.
Fill with ice and stir until well chilled, about 20–30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
