Kentucky Jungle Bird
This Kentucky Jungle Bird cocktail blends bourbon, Campari, fresh pineapple juice, lime, and passion fruit for a tropical-meets-bitter twist on a tiki classic.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz bourbon
  • ¾ oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz passion fruit liqueur or juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: pineapple leaves lime wheel
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake well (about 30 seconds) until chilled and frothy.
  • Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with pineapple fronds and a lime wheel — or go tropical with a slice of fresh fruit.
