Grapefruit Paper Plane
A citrusy spin on the classic Paper Plane cocktail, made with Aperol, bourbon, Amaro Nonino, and grapefruit juice. Finished with a pinch of sea salt and served in a chilled coupe glass for a bright, balanced sip.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1 oz grapefruit Juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice
  • Optional: sugar & grapefruit zest rim
Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh citrus slice
