Flaming Dragon Jungle Bird

This tiki drink is fire! A classic rum cocktail with pineapple, lime, simple syrup, and Campari.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate syrup
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Double strain over a fresh ice cube.
  • Using the bowl of a freshly squeezed lime, put a sugar cube and approx. 1/4 oz of 151 rum.
  • Light to ignite a flame and lightly dust with nutmeg to spark the fire!
