Meyer Lemon N/A Sour

An easy mocktail that tastes like a cocktail, that’s on the top of my list 👋🏼

It’s citrus season baby & Meyer lemons are ELITE. Try them in the easy, yet sophisticated sour that can easily be used with an egg white or aquafaba.

Here’s how to make it at home:
1 egg white
1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
3/4 oz thyme syrup
2 oz na gin alternative
Add to a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass!
