Vampire's Kiss

A frozen tropical rum cocktail for Halloween with a red wine float to give it that "I was just kissed by a vampire" kinda vibe.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 oz. jalapeño simple syrup
  • Ice
  • 3 oz. red wine, Grenache or Pinot Noir
Instructions
  • Blend rum, lime juice, pineapple, simple syrup, and ice in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a coupe or wine glass.
  • Top with red wine for a spooky “bleeding” effect.
  • Option to gently stir together for the colorful swirl.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated citrus slice.
