Spring Negroni
Time to make: 5 minutes
A seasonal take on the Negroni featuring Lillet Rouge, strawberry-infused Campari, and floral gin. Stirred and served over a large cube with a grapefruit garnish, it's the perfect cocktail for spring and early summer happy hours.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz lillet rouge
  • 1 oz strawberry-infused Campari
  • 1 oz gin I used the Hendricks flora adora to make this more floral forward but use what you like!
Instructions
  • In a mixing glass, add all ingredients.
  • Add ice and mix together.
  • Strain over a large cube and garnish with fresh grapefruit!
