Snow Globe Gin Fizz
Looking for a showstopping holiday drink? The Snow Globe Gin Fizz has it all: tangy citrus, smooth creaminess, and a sparkling soda water finish—topped with a snowy powdered sugar garnish!

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz festive syrup
  • 1/2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 bar spoon Greek yogurt (for tanginess, but optional)
  • 2-3 dashes orange blossom water
  • 2 oz gin
  • powdered sugar and rosemary sprigs to garnish!
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker
  • Dry shake, aka without ice for about 20 seconds
  • Add a large cube and shake until that cube is gone, or until your arm falls off (if you don't shake the whole time that's okay, it just wont be as frothy!)
  • Pour into a tall collins glass.
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish with a powdered sugar dusting on top!
