A bittersweet riff on the classic Negroni.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz. Tequila Reposado (I used @tequilaocho)
  • 1/2 oz. Italian bitter liqueur, like Campari
  • 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth (currently obsessed with @lofiaperitifs)
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice or large ice cubes.
  • Stir for about 15-20 seconds to chill ingredients.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube.
  • Garnish with fresh citrus: twist, wedge, whatever your heart desires.
