Peppermint Espresso Martini

When the Peppermint Mocha meets her one true love: Vodka.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups vodka
  • 1 cup cold brew concentrate or espresso
  • 3/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 6 tbsp peppermint syrup (or 1 tsp peppermint extract + 6 tbsp maple syrup)
  • Chocolate sauce or melted chocolate
  • Crushed candy canes
Instructions
  • Add the vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, and peppermint syrup to a blender with ice.
  • Blend until frothy.
  • Rim your coupe glasses with melted chocolate, then dip the chocolate rim in crushed candy canes.
  • Strain the peppermint espresso martini into the rimmed coupe glasses and enjoy!
