Peaches n Cream
A frozen peachy treat of a whiskey cocktail that's basically a drinkable peach pie topped with maple cinnamon whipped cream.

Cocktail
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 4 oz.
Brown Butter Fat-Washed Bourbon or regular bourbon - 2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. pure maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
Maple Cinnamon Whipped Cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Make the Whipped Cream
- Add the heavy cream, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a bowl. Whip with an electric hand beater or a stand mixer until soft, pillowy peaks form. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Make the Peaches n Cream Cocktail
- Add the frozen peaches, bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve. Divide between two glasses, or three mini glasses.
- Top generously with the maple cinnamon whipped cream. For a little extra, finish with a light dusting of cinnamon.
