Peach Cobbler Martini
A creamy, cozy Peach Cobbler Martini that tastes just like the dessert: sweet peach syrup, vanilla vodka, almond liqueur, and a splash of cream.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • ¾ oz peach cobbler syrup recipe above
  • ½ oz almond liqueur such as Amaretto
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Peach Cobbler Syrup
  • 1 –2 fresh peaches chopped
  • 3 –4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until chilled and creamy.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a peach slice, cinnamon stick, or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Peach Cobbler Syrup
  • Add chopped peaches, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, allspice, water, and brown sugar to a medium pot.
  • Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Once dissolved, reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for 12–15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, let cool, and discard cinnamon sticks.
  • Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
