Lemon Meringue Martini
This seriously tastes just like lemon meringue pie. It's creamy and tart perfection.

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. limoncello
- 1/2 oz. amaretto
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 3/4 oz. Rumchata Limon, or heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish and enjoy!
